We are seeking a Quality Manager with over 18+ years of experience in the construction industry to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality for a top-tier construction company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, a deep understanding of construction processes, and preferably, prior experience working in KSA.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system for construction projects, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, collaborating with project teams to establish and maintain quality control procedures, creating and maintaining detailed documentation related to quality standards, inspections, and non-conformances, generating regular reports on quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions, evaluating and approving suppliers and subcontractors based on their adherence to quality standards, monitoring and assessing the quality of materials and workmanship provided by external partners, providing training to project teams and personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by promoting quality awareness at all levels, liaising with clients to understand and address their quality expectations, and responding to client inquiries and concerns regarding quality-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, a minimum of 18+ years of experience in quality management within the construction industry, and relevant certifications in quality management and construction (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Manager). They should also have a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
